You Submit the Referral
Provide the location and basic details of your referral opportunity through our secure submission process.
- STEP 2
We Research Potential Agents
Our team researches real estate professionals in the requested market and identifies potential receiving agents based on experience, qualifications, and suitability.
- STEP 3
We Coordinate the Connection
We communicate with potential receiving agents, exchange information between licensed professionals, and facilitate the administrative process. Referral terms and agent selection remain subject to approval by the appropriate licensed professionals. Once a match is made, we send the receiving agent’s information to you so you can pass it along to your client.
- STEP 4
We Prepare the Paperwork
Once referral terms are approved, we prepare the referral agreement, coordinate signatures, and organize the documentation.
- STEP 5
We Follow the Progress
We maintain administrative communication with the receiving agent, follow transaction milestones, and send you weekly updates as we follow up.
- STEP 6
We Verify Payment
Following a successful closing, we coordinate with the appropriate brokerage to verify referral compensation payment information and receipt.
- STEP 7
You Get Paid
Your brokerage receives the referral compensation, and your compensation is handled according to your brokerage’s policies. SVA completes the administrative coordination process.

SVA Connects You is designed to make nationwide referral coordination convenient and accessible.
There is no upfront administrative fee to enroll or submit a referral.
Our proposed administrative service fee is 10% of the gross referral compensation received by the referring brokerage, calculated before brokerage splits, transaction fees, or other deductions.
The fee is payable only after the referral transaction successfully closes and the referral compensation is received.
If the referral does not close and no referral compensation is earned, no SVA administrative fee is charged.
SVA provides administrative coordination services. Referral compensation arrangements and licensed real estate activities remain the responsibility of the participating licensed professionals and brokerages.
